Lilian Wade : Great exfoliator. I have tried a few exfoliators over the years and this is by far the best I have come across. The exfoliating beads are gentle enough not to scratch your skin whilst still removing dead skin cells that accumulate over time. Gentle enough to be used a few times a week if needed.
